I lead initiatives to build internal products for managing legal credit portfolios, guiding squads in aligning with business needs and priorities for our roadmap. I coordinate communication with executives and manage a dedicated team of three—two PMs and a Designer—ensuring organized project execution and clear responsibilities.

• Legal Ops: Improved analyst capacity by over 30%, reducing monthly costs and increasing portfolio management efficiency.

• Origination & Negotiation: Achieved a 60% reduction in manual registrations by developing automated solutions integrated with data platforms via API.

• Formalization: Implemented a Digital Onboarding system linked to an anti-fraud platform, cutting client information processing time from 4 days to just 1, enabling same-day contract signings.
